& survey

We provide a no obligation initial consultation and site survey whatever the size of project. This gives us the opportunity to to meet with the client and form a detailed brief of what's required and take any critical measurements of the space. We can also help the client with any question or concerns they may have regarding the project.

design & planning

Once the initial consultation and survey is complete we promptly produce 2D CAD plans to present to the client. The planning stage is essential to ensure the furniture layout we are proposing fits in the space and meets the clients requirements.

3d visualisation

Some projects also require 3D visuals, which we produce on the latest 3D software. 3D images can be invaluable in helping the client visualise the proposed furniture in the space as well as exploring various colour, finishes and materials.

project management

Charter takes your project from concept to completion. Once the project becomes an order our project management team take over the reins to ensure a smooth and hassle free experience. Our team is reliable and thorough onsite to guarantee that your new furniture is installed to the highest standard.

client aftercare

Just because the project is complete doesn't mean we've finished. We pride ourselves on our client aftercare, and the majority of our clients provide us with repeat business due to this fact.
